Dr. Mehdi Narimani (IEEE S’09- M’13- SM’15) is an associate professor in the department of electrical and computer engineering at McMaster University. Prior joining McMaster University, he was a Power Electronics Engineer at Rockwell Automation Canada, Cambridge, Canada. He has authored/co-authored more than 55 journal and conference proceeding papers, co-authored a Wiley-IEEE Press book and holds more than 4 issued US/European patents. His current research interests include power conversion, high-power converters, control of power electronics converters, and renewable energy Systems.
