Sobhika Narayanan received her B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, India (2013), and her M.Tech in Power Electronics from the University of Calicut, India (2016). In January 2024, she joined the McMaster Automotive Resource Centre (MARC), where she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at McMaster University under the supervision of Dr. Ali Emadi. Her research interests include battery aging, degradation analysis, and remaining useful life (RUL) prediction of lithium-ion batteries through experimental testing and modeling.
April 22, 2025: McMaster Welcomes Japanese Ambassador for Visit to Automotive Resource Centre
On April 16th, McMaster University had the honour of welcoming His Excellency Kanji Yamanouchi, Japan’s Ambassador to Canada, along with Mr. Ryutaro Ishii, Counsellor at the Embassy of Japan, and Mr. Yasutsugu Tamura, First Secretary for Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation.
