Kaustubh Dalmia is a mechanical engineer and M.A.Sc. student at McMaster University, working under the supervision of Dr. Ali Emadi. His research focuses on the mechanical design of radial flux and axial flux motors, with a current emphasis on developing a 1-megawatt radial flux motor. Prior to joining McMaster, Kaustubh completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at the Ramaiah Institute of Technology and worked in the UAV industry, contributing to the design and development of aerial systems.
