Masoumeh Ahrabi is a highly accomplished electrical engineer, with a strong academic background. She received her bachelor’s in electrical engineering, with honours, from the Iran University of Science and Technology, in 2017. Masoumeh’s academic excellence continued, as she completed her master’s in electrical engineering, with distinction, from Tehran Polytechnique, in 2019.
Masoumeh’s passion for her field, and her dedication to furthering her knowledge, led her to pursue a Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the McMaster Automotive Resource Centre (MARC), where she joined in January 2022. Her research focuses on developing advanced control methods for machine drives, which is an essential area of study for the development of modern transportation systems.
