Seyedvahid Khodaei received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology, Iran in 2013 and also his Master of Science at Amirkabir University of Technology, Iran in 2015. He was working as a R&D Engineer in the field of design, manufacturing, inspection and medical device design as well as a teacher assistant until 2018. He is currently pursuing a ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at McMaster University. He joined McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in January 2018 where his main research interest is Cardiovascular Biomechanics, Medical device design and advanced numerical simulation including Computational fluid dynamics and fluid-structure interaction.
